Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. But hailing regular sedan type Didi cars is easy enough to get you into town for any site-seeing (such as the nearby Dujiangyan or Mt. Qingchen) or dining needs."
