Amazing Hotel, perfect staff...... only problem was the other guests, so drunk and racing cars in the car park....or drinking and playing music in the car park 4am......some guests are on business and this is not fair.......not everyone is here for a party.. lets all enjoy the Hotel...

They have the best customer service skilled staffs, room was clean and above 5star deluxe amenities, will definitely stay there again, Razmik and Jasmine the managers are the best in taking care of their guests

1- The restaurant and half of the rooms are on the other side of the hotel and or not wheelchair accessible. 2- there was a birthday party on the 5th floor of the hotel on the day we arrived. It was very noisy. I told the hotel people about it, and they said it's going to end soon. It lasted more than 4 hours. 3- the mattress was too soft, and made my back hurt. 4- the breakfast was too limited, and in my opinion it does not fit a five star hotel. I would not stay here if I didn't have to.

It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive ones, sad to say.

The hotel is clean, and the gym equipped. The staff was not helpful in any way. It could be the language barrier, but when I asked for assistance at reception, the young lady sent me to the bar. I went to the bar, and they sent me back to reception. I did need something printed, and a young man on nightshift was able to assist me with that. I was not impressed with the service at all. Clean, safe hotel.

Absolutely Not a 5-Star Hotel – A Terrible Experie

I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels around the world. This was, without question, one of the worst experiences I have ever had – and it is absolutely not a five-star property as it claims to be. To begin with, our room had no window. Selling such a room under a five-star label is misleading at best. Breakfast was another disaster – poorly prepared, tasteless, and nowhere near the standard expected at this level. When we raised these issues with the staff and pointed out that the hotel does not live up to what is advertised on Hotels.com, their response was essentially: “Too bad for you, we won’t do anything about it.” The lack of accountability and professionalism was astonishing. But the most alarming part came on our last night. We returned to the room to find that someone had been inside, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being placed on our door before we left. Our bags had been moved, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and most disturbingly – the “Do Not Disturb” sign itself had been taken off the door and left inside the room. This left us with the very real impression that an unauthorized person had entered while we were away. Needless to say, this destroyed any sense of safety or trust. This hotel markets itself as luxury, but in reality it is unsafe, dishonest, and far from five-star quality. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid it at all costs.

Chambre spacieuse, super salle de sport, wifi à améliorer, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, petite piscine mais bien pratique pour faire un peu de sport Le restaurant de l’hôtel est à revoir aussi bien pour la salle que pour la cuisine Le personnel est serviable et agréable Il faut compter environ une demi-heure pour arriver au centre ville de Yerevan avec les embouteillages Globalement très satisfaisante de mon séjour et recommande cet hôtel

I love this hotel !!!! This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and I would recommend it to EVERYONE. It’s out of the city a little but nothing a taxi ride can’t fix. This is a BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL LIXURY hotel! Stay and you won’t be disappointed.
