"The property is older and well used but it works perfectly for a university visit where you are just looking for a good bed and a clean bathroom. Location is very good and the price decent considering the graduation season."

The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing.
