A really nice place let down by the shortage of staff in the Gorge bar & restaurant.
I waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up at the Bar the first time and over 5 the next. Seems to me you can't expect one person to take food orders fill them and serve the bar customers at the same time.

"Minuses - Bathroom very basic. Dark hair on the bathroom floor, when we arrived. No drawers to store anything, for a Superior Room, it would be helpful. Housekeeping needs to be reviewed. Plusses - Reception staff very helpful."
