We thought the room was really great - excellent bed and shower, everything very clean. Enjoyed the free breakfast, as well as restaurant and bar. We did ask once for a box of tissues from the front desk and were told there was none - this would be a nice item to have on hand in case another traveler has a cold like we did. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The view is impeccable. Hosts are super friendly and interesting people. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Ferry is just outside the window, convenient to monitor our departure time. We will definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

The hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the mountains from the rooms and dinning rooms. The breakfast and service were excellent. The staff made us feel welcome. If Norway were closer to home, we would love to vacation with our children and grandchildren at the Myrkdalen hotel often.

Very clean, large room. Facilities are modern and useful. Parking free plus EV charge free.

My room was not ready, so they upgraded me to a room with a nicer view, top floor. I was close to the sauna, which I used & enjoyed. All of the amenities in this property are fantastic. Beautiful rooms & awesome reception staff. Only stayed one night, but wished I had booked both nights here.
