"Exceeded our expectations by a lot. Very peaceful spot in the middle of a lot of action with as good of access as you can get to get into the park. Room was very nice. Pool was refreshing. If you plan on getting to the park early this place is the best option!
Food was just decent but not great and a little overpriced for what it was. "

"I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel presents itself as a leading option in the area, I honestly expected better basic amenities. Some essential things were missing for example, there were no bed sheets provided in the room, which is something very simple but important.
Another issue was with the shared showers in the common areas, where the water was constantly running hot and couldn’t be properly adjusted. This made the experience less comfortable than it should have been.
That said, I want to highlight that the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated their attitude and effort to help.
Overall, I believe that a place positioning itself at this level should offer more complete and better-maintained facilities."

"Fabulous hotel with unbelievable staff that go above and beyond in every respect! There is a great pool and a lakefront with amenities including SUP, and kayaks. The included continental breakfast is fabulous, as are the lunches and dinners. The sauna is a must. This is the perfect base for exploring the Mayan ruins and Flores Island. "
