"From the moment we arrived, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay and that was because of the staff, from Valet parking to reception. During our stay, every single staff member we came into contact with were professional, polite and smiling. Great choice of food for breakfast, and the Chinese restaurant was superb. Look forward to going back."

"What a wonderful experience!! I was here for work purposes but will be looking to return with my family. The staff are so friendly and efficient, special shout out to the reception, concierge and the barmen at the German Bar where we could watch the Football. The food and amenities in the hotel are excellent!! 10/10 all in and I look forward to coming back again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special."

"كل شي كان واو النظافه الموقع الستاف خيال وبالاخص طارق فوق الممتاز لكن موضوع الباصات متعب وتعيس كل ساعة باص واحد واذا العدد اكتمل تنتضرون باص بعد ساعه !!! لا يوجد تنظيم عند الباص !! ولا يوجد مظلات ونقف بالشارع وبالشمس لا توجد نقطه ولا مظله للاسف الباص شي تعيسسسسسسس"
