Welcome to The Silverwoods Retreat, an idyllic holiday rental nestled in the beautiful Silverwood's Estate just a short stroll to the first hole of the Black Bull Golf course, pro shop and the Sebel. This inviting house can comfortably accommodate 11 guests, perfect for a family gathering or a group of golfers needing a spacious home with flexible bedding configurations.

Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, each well-appointed, ensure no queues while getting ready for a day of adventure or relaxing poolside. The expansive living room, with its cozy furnishings and smart TV, is an ideal spot to gather, share stories, or indulge in a movie marathon.

The Silverwoods Retreat is a haven for those who love to cook. With a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator, preparing a ten-course meal or a quick snack is a breeze. Serve your culinary masterpieces in the gracious dining area or take advantage of the gas BBQ and covered outdoor area for a delightful al fresco dining experience.

From swimming in the magnesium pool to exploring the local walking and cycling trails, The Silverwoods Retreat ticks all the boxes. We understand that holidays can get messy, which is why we've included a laundry with a clothes dryer, iron, and board. And with heating / air conditioning and linen provided, your comfort is always our priority.

This property proudly welcomes dogs outside, so your four-legged friends can also partake in the holiday fun (maximum of 2 dogs permitted). Plus, a double garage and additional parking spaces at the front of the house offers ample room for your vehicles.

Located just a stone's throw away from local attractions and walking trails at the end of the court, this beautifully presented house truly is the perfect base to explore, relax, and create unforgettable memories. Enjoy a day of golfing, water sports, or simply sit back on the porch, enjoying a cup of coffee while basking in the serene surroundings.

Bedding configuration as follows
Master bedroom - King bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed shared jack n jill bathroom with bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 - Tri bunk, sofa bed and shared jack n jill bathroom with bedroom 3.
Separate powder room.

Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: For all properties that provide wi-fi whilst we do anticipate wi-fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
