"Lovely Hotel very conveniently positiined for DFO, Crown Casino and trams. Bery comfortable, been grdat looking over the river each night, has a cafe attached for your coffee fix in the morning. Great staff always friendly 2nd stay here and would stay again."

"Our stay was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suitcase lock broke and they sent up the hotel engineer to help us out. The restaurant staff were amazing and even brought out my wife a birthday pancake with a candle at breakfast. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again next time we go it’s so close to shopping, restaurants and Marvel Stadium for the footy. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and had amazing views of the river. However, the riverside rooms are also loud at night. The gas brigade show at night is really bright and loud and goes off every hour until midnight. "

"3days stay, nice property overall, easy parking for 30Aud for everytime you leave the lot, nice breakfast options, bit noisy because of the proximity of the train station. 😊bit old carpet but no problems, great experience."

"I've stayed at this hotel for a few trips now and it's my first go to when I'm travelling to Melbourne. Staff are friendly and very helpful. When there was a city wide blackout and my phone was on 10% battery they offered to charge it on a personal charge bank for me which helped a lot."
