"Very trendy, upmarket hotel perfectly positioned. Loved the room decor. Bar, dining facilities are adequate but very cold and impersonal. Breakfast buffet was aweful. Undercooked bacon, poor quality chicken sausages. Underripe fruit. Weak, perfumed English Breakfast tea. Stay at this hotel for its location but not the dining."

"Room was small but clean and neat. But we pay for a small room and it was cheap. Great location staff were great. Right near our southern Cross Station Crown Casino and the tram stop that takes you to the Rod Laver and the MCG. Room was comfortable and minimal. Perfect for what we needed it for. Will stay again. Also bathroom was large with a big shower."

"Lovely hotel and a very enjoyable stay. The location of Crowne Plaza Melbourne is excellent, with easy access to the riverfront, restaurants, public transport, and key Melbourne attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and efficient service. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again."
