The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were courteous and helpful. I liked the room as it was quite spacious, not pokey. It was very quiet as well.

The property was well located, clean, and offered spacious rooms with helpful staff. The main drawbacks were the noise from the rooftop bar on weekends and the fluted-glass bathroom, which provided little privacy.

Great location. Newly renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were there for a special occasion & we got our room upgrades and given a complimentary drink each. It was so appreciated- thank you

Because of canceled flight we lost one night of booking. So we did late check-in in 24 hours but they didn't give us a refund. So think twice about it

Location is excellent. The hotel is showing its age. The tv is limited to foxtel which precludes streaming from platforms such as YouTube and ABC Iview and also does not allow mirror streaming.There is no music device which should be standard. I would also expect a coffee making device in a hotel of this quality. The staff and level of service is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel despite my minor quibbles as listed
