  • Sunkissed Cottage, our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home is waiting for you! The bright, comfy living room with a wood burning fireplace opens to a waterside dining room. Sliders to the spacious deck and beach afford spectacular salt water views.

    Wake up to incredible water vistas from every bedroom. Have your morning coffee on the deck, take a few steps and lounge on the beach or go all in and swim or kayak on beautiful Follins Pond. At the end of the day, watch magnificent sunsets. Only minutes away, there are gorgeous ocean beaches, quaint shops, delicious restaurants, stage and screen entertainment, bike paths, golf courses, tennis courts and recreation parks.
