Nautical Themed one bedroom fully equipped apartment.

  • Clean, quiet one bedroom apartment. All new furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed and single cot (if needed). Deck with bbq and sitting area. Bathroom with full tub and shower. All original artwork on the walls, TV with cable, Wifi. Air conditioned. Within walking distance of downtown and local restaurants. Parking,. 2.5 minute drive from the Ferry. Owners on site (upstairs) for any questions or concerns.
    This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
    A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
    Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Convenient to everything! Great restaurant in our backyard! Host (and neighbors) super kind and inviting. Even with construction in the neighborhood, it was a Wonderful Place to stay.

Working town

Yarmouth is not really a tourist destination and Water St just behind the accomodation is full of derelict fish factories. We came on bikes and thought to ride the rail trail but it is rutted and basically an ATV trail. The lighthouse is spectacular and there are lovely historical houses. Good fishing museum. Nice Italian restaurant almost next door.
