Enjoy modern comforts including two private balconies, a covered seating area, free on-site parking, and laundry. The upper level features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, and a unique private retreat separate from the main living space. All within walking distance of cafés, shops, and local amenities. This unique two-storey home was thoughtfully converted from an original historic barn, blending modern comfort with carefully preserved character. During the restoration, great care was taken to respect the building’s original form and charm rather than forcing it into a perfectly square footprint. As a result, guests may notice a slight lean in some interior walls. A subtle and authentic reminder of the structure’s age and history. All structural improvements were professionally engineered and approved, including the installation of a full foundation and a new support beam system. These upgrades ensure the home is safe, solid, and comfortable, while still honouring the barn’s original design and craftsmanship. The home offers excellent comfort year-round, with energy-efficient heat pumps on each level and spray foam ceiling insulation that helps maintain consistent indoor temperatures. The home features an open-concept main level with a kitchen, living area, and entryway, along with a fully enclosed bathroom.
