"3日宿泊する予定で予約。2日目の朝に「政府の炭素税（？）の規制に引っかかったので本館に移動してほしい」と言われ、ホテルの客全員ではなかったので抗議したが、泣く泣く荷物をまとめてチェックアウト。 当日は観光予定があったため、スーツケースは夜まで置かせてもらった。夜に荷物を取りに行くと、夜のスタッフに事情が伝わっていなかったらしく、再度自分から説明をしなければならなかった。タクシーで行くように言われたが、ホテル事由であることを主張し車を手配してもらい（当然ですが）、車で送ってもらった。 車で送ってもらった先は本館はジンホワホテルよりグレードは高かったので結果オーライではあったが、ホテル事由の移動であるのに謝罪の言葉もなく最悪な気分であった。同系列のホテルは二度と利用しない。 一日泊まった感想は以下の通り。 ・バストイレと部屋の仕切りが無いため、シャワーや排せつ音がダイレクトに伝わってしまう ・シャワー室の防水が甘いため、水が漏れてシャワー後に床が濡れてしまう ・全体的にくすんでいて清潔感があまりない ・ベッドの寝心地は良い"

"My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me. I would think they would replace or fix the furniture in the rooms that were worn. My room was nicely decorated for my birthday with a small cake and rose petals. There was also a nicely written card. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were deliciously. Especially the lamb chops that were freshly prepared. My main disappointment was not being able to have breakfast in the main dining area due to it being full and I had to go have breakfast in the Executive Lounge where the breakfast items are very limited. "
