Luxury Penthouse located in the heart of Yankton.

  • Plenty of restoration and updating has recently gone into this 1930s building that was previously operated as a furniture store. With 7500 square feet of spacious accommodations, you and your guests can comfortably spread out with this open floor plan. This home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge commercial-style kitchen, ample seating in the dining area, large living room with game tables, exercise area, sauna, jetted tub, and wonderful views of downtown and the Meridian Bridge. Guests will also have access to the turfed rooftop backyard which has a hot tub and grill! Please no pets or smoking while visiting our home. (Owners do live in this home when it is not rented).

    Enjoy your stay in Yankton while exploring the ever-growing Meridian District in historic downtown. Located above the Meridian Venue, you are just a short walk away from boutique shopping, salons, cozy coffee shops and bakeries, great restaurants and bars/breweries, Dakota Theater, farmer’s market (spring/summer), and the famous Missouri River with parks and walking trails/bridge.
