Overnight With Us LLC - 4212 Large Executive Home has 4 queen bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 car garage with 3,500 sq. ft. which can accommodate 10 guests. It is located in a safe, quiet and desirable West Yakima area. This home has plenty of room larger groups, living room, family room, nook and formal dining room, four queen size bedrooms, plus a hide-a-bed, 2 full baths within this luxury home. This home has large living spaces with a large back yard for family gatherings, corporate business travelers or just entertaining friends while in town visiting.



The main floor features a gourmet kitchen with a nook area overlooking the large fenced back yard. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary Keurig coffee maker,cooking utensils, dinnerware, cookware, glassware and basic spicesfor preparing a home cooked meal. The living area has beautiful hardwood floors with picture windows and bay windows in the formal dining room. The living room has a sitting area with comfortable hide-a-bed couches. Living room has plenty of seating to kick back and cozy up while enjoying some movies on the 55" smart TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix orstreaming through our free Wi-Fi.There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a complete full bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower combo with an additional upright shower. Large laundry facilities which include the basic laundering supplies, iron and ironing board. The garage is accessed directly off of the laundry room area and is manually operated.



Enjoy the spacious lower floor with a large gathering room with a couch and two accent chair. It also has comfortable furnishings and décor to encourage relaxation and room for the children to play. There are two additional queen bedrooms on this floor with thick sheets for a good night’s rest. The common full bathroom has a shower and supplied with plush, fine white bath linens and basic showering amenities. We have created work spaces to send emails for business or just to catch up on your social media platforms.



Located just off of the kitchen nook you can enjoy the patio, with two tables and chairs. Do some barbecuing of your favorite dinner while eating outdoors under the covered patio and relax in the privately fenced backyard. The kids will love playing on the wooden jungle gym, while you enjoy some down time, watching them play in the yard. You will find parking in the garage and ample private off street parking on the large double driveway.

Great Stay in Yakima

This property was perfect for our family - 2 couples and 2 singles. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and two full baths with great linens was perfect for us. The backyard was enjoyed and the location was centrally located for all our activities. The lack of stairs into the home made it easy access for our 92 year old matriarch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great trip to visit family in Yakima. The house was clean and in a good location. I will say that if a host is going to fine you for a stained towel or sheet that can be washed they should at least provide enough paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent for a weeks stay. We had to purchase more of all of these items by day 3.

This is a basic VRBO. Clean, nice spacious yard, covered patio in back, nice bath towels. You will need to bring extra TP, tissues, kitchen sink scrubber, eating utensils (only 7 forks), shampoos & soaps. There are no plastic dishes for children. We don't drink but there was a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge for those who do - a nice gesture. A/C was nice for those hot days!!

What a Gem!

This is a great house - very spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds, pillows, & linens. Plus - it’s a lovely neighborhood for walking (we should have brought a football as there is a huge park nearby!). We really enjoyed our weekend here.

Unexpected Landscapers & Hot Water Dissapointment - All else was great

We were surprised by men mowing the private (fenced) rear yard at 8:00 am the first morning. We read all the rules & notifications within the house but nowhere was this found & it was unexpected. There were 5 of us staying at the home & hot water ran out after 8 minutes of shower use. Beyond those two concerns the house was as advertised, a good value, & clean. A bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice touch.

This was the perfect house for my husband, kids (2 and 4), and MIL to stay while we visited family in Yakima. The backyard was also great for our kids to play. I also love that they had kid books available because they were new and exciting for our kids.

Comfortable Home

This worked out well for us as we were visiting for a family wedding and needed all 4 bedrooms. It doesn't get 5 stars because it came up short on a few things. No garbage bags, dull knives, and not enough outdoor chairs, and especially the poor wifi. Very inadequate for today's needs. I would still recommend unless you need strong wi fi.

Things we loved: 1) The hotel-style amenities like nice white towels and linens, little soaps/shampoos/lotions, and complimentary bottles of water. 2) The comforts of home, such as a well-stocked kitchen (with olive oil and spices), a great backyard and patio with a grill, and fantastic water pressure in the shower(s)! 3) The welcoming nature of the owners: well communicated with ahead of time for address/check-in information; a friendly welcome card; and a lovely bottle of wine! 4) The neighborhood: we had many pleasant walks all around the neighborhood, and my littles got to enjoy the elementary school playground outside of school hours. Even better than the photos!

First of all this might be the most spotless clean “older” home we have stayed in. It doesn’t have the appeal of a brand new home but it’s been incredibly well cared for and you can tell it’s been cleaned impeccably (which I’m a complete stickler about). Bigger than the photos can even show. Lots of space! I loved all the charming details and the quaint location is something you really only see in the movies! Nice neighbors and well kept homes. Lovely! My kids loved the back yard and play area. Owners communicated perfectly. I genuinely do not have a complaint. Even the water pressure was impressive! We will definitely be back. Have stayed in Yakima three times and this was the best of all three. Thank you for having us!

Dale and Debbie are great, super communication. The place is always clean, great place with tons of room. The backyard is great! we have stayed in three of their rentals. We highly recommend Over night with us.
