Staff was great, location was good too. Lots of access to bike lanes and local shops, very walkable. Rooms were comfy. Loved the pillows! Towel warmer and bidets were nice touches.

Centrally located opposite the bus station, but there was plenty of underground parking at the hotel too. My only criticism was the lack of soft lighting in the room - nothing was dimmable. The hotel was very loud. Could hear everyone walking up the stairs, closing their doors. Sheets had foot/boot imprints on them. There was only 1 pillow for 2 people. Air conditioning also did not work, was quite warm.
