Nos encantó que tiene muy buena ubicación y es muy tranquilo alrededor. Cerca del mercado Santiago donde puedes comer comida típica y otros antojitos. Aunque el hotel ofrece desayuno incluido y está muy bueno. El servicio es de 10, súper amigables y atentos. Lo único que yo cambiaría sería que el agua tuviera más presión. Sale muy poca y con poca presión tanto del lavabo como de la regadera. De ahí en fuera excelente servicio y estamos muy contentos!

Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city.

The are no words to describe the charm and beauty of this property! The staff Ivan and Hector are extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sr. Rafael has so much love for this property and it shows in his attention to every detail. You can't beat the location right in the heart of Merida. We will definitely be returning!

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

A incredible staff, an amazing service and clean place. Restaurant was amazing and the hotel is brand new so everything is made with such and amazing taste.
