Our initial room felt quite old, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It appeared to be coming from another room, as the odour was even more intense in the corridor and near our door.
Unfortunately, no action was taken after our first complaint. We were later upgraded to a club floor room, which was an improvement, though still not ideal. The hotel did provide an air purifier at no extra charge following the upgrade, which we appreciated.
At times, we experienced long waits for the lift, and the location was not particularly convenient. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay and would not choose to return to this hotel.
