Communication was a bit tricky such that we had to resort to automatic speech recognition and machine translation, which worked pretty good actually. In particular receptionist #1 (we don't remember his name - really sorry) was exceptionally helpful at any time! Breakfast is chinese only, which is alright. As an unexpected surprise we got a little snack every afternoon served to our room.
