All of the scenic spots on the mountain are easily accessible from the location of the hotel. Because the hotel lies inside the mountain district area, you only have to buy a ticket to access the mountain only once. My stay at Wudangshan could not have been better thanks to this astonishing hotel."

"I had a lovely day at this hotel. Rooms are only a tiny bit dated but it was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Staff are absolutely impeccable and the cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. The area is very safe with some lovely parks nearby although there didn't seem to be much shopping in the immediate vicinity. Dining options were a little bit limited unless you dined at the hotel. The city itself is a hidden gem unknown to many Westerners. Zhaoming Tai blew my brains out because it was so lovely, relaxing and an absolute spectacle to see. I hope to one day return to this city and this hotel. Just be cautious that the location shown on the map on hotels.com may not be accurate. When I booked this hotel, the map was showing this hotel south of the river near the walled city. It turned out to be 5-7km NORTH of the river! I have asked hotels.com to fix their map!"
