Slightly disappointed with the quality of the double bed. The wooden slats under the mattress kept being dislodged as you sat on the bed, causing the mattress to fold into the gaps. Recommend that the slats be secured to the bed frame. Constant hot water to the shower and bathroom sink, but the water feeding the kitchen...

"It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... LOL , it felt tragic, AND after a few deep breaths, I regained my composure and really enjoyed this apartment. The cave-like bedroom is actually a lot like mine, which is great for sleep. "The hotel is situated overlooking the lovely Balluta Bay, which is the quiet and less crowded area of St Julians. The hotel is magnificent and worthy of its 5-star status, which superb pools, from rooftop to very large main pool with plenty of space, the inside pool and spa was very relaxing. All staff were excellent, of particular note was Sanju who provided exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive service, throughout our stay, nothing was to much trouble and her knowledge of the island, where to go and how to get there was exemplary. Breakfast was fabulous with the egg station at the centre, often managed by Renno who gave a master class for multitasking. A relaxing holiday."
