Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest. It offers a beautiful swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas. Apartment on the second floor (without lift), with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower tray), independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room and living-dining room with access to a west-facing terrace. Includes parking space. Capacity 6 people. NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty). NO PETS ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
