Seven-storey building with lift, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian stairs, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces. The ground floor is open-plan and communal, providing access to the swimming pool and landscaped common areas. All apartments have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor onwards. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays. All are provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service. Optional garages upon request. This apartment located on the sixth floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), kitchen, gallery and living-dining room with access to a spacious terrace with views of the common areas, swimming pool and mountains. Ceiling fans in living-dining room and all three bedrooms. Capacity 6 people. YOUNG GROUP NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty). NO PETS ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and vacation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco Beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir Beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. La cocina está fstal. Los armarios rotos, la vitro a falta de rasqueta, faltan enseres de cocibs y perchas en los armarios, ademas de muebles auxiliares.
