The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct beach access, low-rise construction without lift, with a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. Optional underground parking spaces are offered. Available apartment on the first floor with a south-facing side terrace with sea views. It has a kitchen with an American bar equipped with a dishwasher, a gallery-laundry room, a living-dining room, three bedrooms (one single and two double bedrooms) and two bathrooms. Fully equipped with everything necessary. They have a television, washing machine, microwave, WIFI service and offer AC in the living-dining room. Capacity 6 people. NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (under thirty years old). PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum of 10 kilos (7€/night) Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard! If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
