The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), first line with direct beach access, ground floor construction without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. A step away from a multi-sports court and fifty metres from a pleasant wooded area with swings for children. Ground floor apartment available with a north-facing terrace that is cool with sea views from its terrace. Kitchen with American bar to the dining room, a gallery-laundry room, living-dining room with ceiling fan, two bathrooms (one of them with shower tray) and three bedrooms with ceiling fans. Capacity for 6/7 people. NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old). PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night) Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
