Have a coffee on the small terrace and enjoy wonderful sea views. In the afternoon, have a nap on the sofa in the cosy sitting-dining room or enjoy a nice family-dinner. The kitchen is well equipped offering a vitro hob. There's a washing machine, iron and ironing board. One double bedroom, one twin and one with a bunk bed makes this apartment perfect for 6 people. A bath with shower is available. If you travel with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. Three fans and one electric radiator complete the equipment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without lift. If sun, beach and sea is what you are searching for, Playa de Xeraco is a good choice. Furthermore, the beach is characterized by sand dunes and mediterranean vegetation, and at the same time a perfect place for watching sunsets. In the centre of Xeraco you will find bars, restaurants with international and spanish kitchen as well as shops and supermarkets. The Church of Encarnación and the Chapel of Cristo de la Agonía are two emblematic spots to visit in the old town. Furthermore, the historic watch tower of Guaita at the Vaca River is a nice idea for a half-day trip. In January, people of Xeraco celebrate Saint Antonio Abad and in June take place the celebrations of Saint Antonio de Pádua, at the same time the patron saint of Xeraco. El piso está muy completo de menaje. Las camas bastante bien, aunque la de matrimonio debería renovarse. Lo que más me gustó es que es muy fresco gracias a tener ventilación cruzada. Lo que menos, tener que llevar las llaves hasta gandía cdo te vas. ##### Silvia G. ### 4/10 Poor #### Arthur L., Collado Villalba (Madrid) 17 Sept 2018 #### Un piso con buenas vistas pero con muchos problemas Es un piso bastante comodo, con ventiladores en casi todos habitaciones, con vistas bastante buenos al mar, pero con una ducha muy pequeña y antigua (para personas altas - 1.85, es bastante deficil ducharse alli). Ademas, a partir de nuestra llegada tres tardes nos inundarón los vecinos de arriba (tenian alguna tuberia rota o algo asi). Toda la terraza estaba cubierta de agua y como habia unos enchufes alli - nos saltaba la luz para toda tarde y mayor parte de noche sin poder de calentar comida (placa electrica), ver la tele, cargar moviles y con la nevera apagada. Con dos niños pequeños erá una expiriencia bastante desagradable. Y la agencia sabia sobre esa problema antes de nuestra llegada y no ha hecho nada. En segunda dia de estancia, despues de varias nuestras llamadas a la agencia, nos han propuesto tres otros pisos, pero mucho peores (lejos de la plalla, habitaciones sin ventanas, cerca del puerto). Teniamos que pelearnos con vecinos nosotros mismos y cortarles el agua (gracias a dios, la llave del agua estaba en nuestro terraza), si no - estariamos sin luz muchos dias mas con niños pequeños.... ##### Arthur L.
