Clean, modern hotel, nice sized room but no staff ! Self check-in, and no cot for baby as requested - no reception staff to help sort it out.
Saturday night was very noisy - poor sound proofing and again no staff to complain to and sort it out

Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Thought has been put into everything in this hotel. It is great value for the cost. The breakfast was great. I apprecieted the little extras that the hotel offers, like infused water in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, walk from the hauptbahnhof, ubahn outside the door. The German Soccer museum is a couple of minutes walk away and there is easy access to Signal Iduna Park. I would definitely stay here again.

"Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife."
