It’s slipped a bit. Got a hard sell for an upgrade when I checked in tired and jetlagged. Eventually took the upgrade and still charged me for the ‘free extras’ such as laundry. Upgrade room looked worse than the normal rooms I previously had. Breakfast was good no orange juice and jams were like watery fluid.
