"The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids."

"The hotel is at a good location. Convenient places for a shopping, eating and sightseeing. Need to change room because the noises from the KTV at 1am plus. Another downside is not from the hotel, but from Expedia which charges DOUBLE the prices online vs the hotel online prices."
