All new kitchen appliances, soft close cabinets, granite counters, range top includes pot fill, folding french doors between kitchen and dining area, laundry room redone with washer and dryer. Enclosed landscpaed back yard with concrete patio, viewing deck, new roof on house, garage and carport, includes new hot water heater and water softner. This house really has it all.
