This is our vacation lake chalet that we would like to share with you. You will experience a cabin in the woods along with a breathtaking setting that overlooks a quiet peaceful lovely lake. We have two kayaks and a canoe for you to enjoy at our private dock. We are real close to the Aspen center and to the main gate too!! Enjoy our full resort amenities which includes a beautiful huge swimming pool with a outdoor adjacent restaurant and bar with a fitness center, beautiful hilly golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, horseback riding, numerous hiking trail, outdoor amphitheater for free summer concerts, several beaches at the two 300 acre lakes with swim docks and over100 smaller lakes to explore at Innsbrook. This was a comfortable chalet, nestled in the Missouri woods at Innsbrook. It was a charming, well-furnished setting with many sleeping options and lake toys to use. It met all our needs.

Adorable chalet with everything we needed

We loved spending a long weekend out of the city at this adorable chalet, right on the water. The house was well-stocked and very clean. The owners were incredibly gracious with our travel arrangements, communicated promptly, and made us feel welcome. Even in the snow and freezing temps, we enjoyed evening fires in the outdoor firepit, trout fishing in the lake, hiking, and exploring the Innsbrook area.

Perfect Getaway!

My family of 4 LOVED our time at this beautiful chalet! Everything was very clean and very comfortable. It was exactly what we had hoped for when we made the reservation. Communication with the owner was easy from the start. She was very kind and helpful! We absolutely loved Innsbrook. We swam at the pool and one of the lakes, we kayaked, we fished, we rested and felt refreshed when our time was up. We would definitely recommend this chalet, and we hope to return one day!

A very nice stay!

The chalet on Foxfire Pointe is charming and is located on a small lake perfect for kayaking. There is a dock to sit on by the water. A lovely gazebo lies across the lake. We’d love to have kayaked over together but unfortunately one paddle had been broken and taped but then apparently was broken again previous to our arrival. so we couldn’t do that. We did Enjoy discovering the beaches and the pool at Innsbrook!

We stayed with a family of six. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. To fully enjoy your time at Innsbrook, I suggest you come prepared. Think of it kind of like glorified camping. Bring your lawn chairs for the concert. Bring some wood and your skewers to roast some smores. etc.

Family getaway

We had a nice time at this property. It was a nice location. It had enough beds for us and the holiday decorations were a nice touch. It got very cold outside while we were there and at times the master room and porch room which don’t have heat vents got cold, but there was one space heater. It may be nice to have a few more. I doubt this will be a problem for most people who will visit in the warmer months.

The property owner was unkind and accusatory

Before arrival we were told that the chalet was a 10 person listing. The day of arrival she changed it to eight and change the key code on us so we could not get in. She sent me a very rude messages making false accusations and finally let us into her Chalet. That evening the kitchen was infested with ants. She stayed at the Chalet slept 10, it did not. The orders were broken down at the water. Before we left, we cleaned and scrubbed to make sure the chalet was left in impeccable shape. We were very worried that she would accuse us of something, so we cleaned extra. As we had thought, we received text messages that were very unkind with false accusations and threats. We have done lots of renting before and I’ve never dealt with something like this. Before you rent the chalet make sure you have everything in writing and be cautious.

Woodsy retreat

Perfect for family get-together when Covid restrictions ended. Plenty of individual activities for 3 generations. with excellent cooking/grilling facilities and nearby mini-beaches. Canoeing for all!

Wonderful stay, beautiful location

This chalet was perfect for a short get away for our annual mother/daughter girl’s trip. This year included my new granddaughter, so very thankful for the pack-n-play. We enjoyed having breakfast each morning on the patio. Gorgeous view! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Cabin on a wonderful lake

The cabin was just what we expected, Plenty of room and beds for all. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed taking canoe rides around with the kids. The house was a 5 min drive to a great beach and playground for the kids.

Christmas cabin get away

Our family had a wonderful time at the chalet! We loved watching all the deer, hiking, building fires and playing games. The chalet was super clean and the owners were very nice and always quick to answer any questions! The Christmas decorations were the perfect touch!

Wonderful & Relaxing Chalet

Our family had the most relaxing weekend at this chalet. The home is so cozy and serene! The owners accommodated our little one with a pack and play, high chair and baby gates. It was so thoughtful and such a nice touch. The use of kayaks and the canoe were great and we had a blast on the lake. Innsbrook is a wonderful community with so much to do so we had many adventures all weekend. Definitely would recommend this chalet and will hopefully be back!

Perfect home away from home

The chalet was just as described/pictured and the views were so beautiful. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock and kayaking on the lake next to the house. Super close to the sand beach on Lake Aspen too. The pool area was also nice and less than a 10 minute drive away. Our kids were very sad to leave and we can't wait to come back again.
