Wonderful place to stay. The hotel shuttle to the Mall and Wharf were great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Views were spectacular. Pool was warm and we used it every night.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the Spanish Embassy, but it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, and our corner room comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the nice views, modern décor, and high-quality beds, linens, pillows, and towels. Our only minor complaint was that the rain shower pressure was a bit weak.
However, the highlight of our stay was dinner at the hotel restaurant, a.kitchen+bar, which offered exceptional food and value from a James Beard Award-winning restaurant. As hotel guests, we received 10% off our meal plus an additional $42 Expedia credit.
We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Washington, DC.

"Elevator did not work and I had to carry bags up to the 4th floor in a very hot stairwell. Roaches in the microwave. I heard a couple at the front desk complaining about bed bugs. Property is dirty. Trash everywhere."
