Not really ok in this day and age. In all other respects all the staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and modern and the pool area is lovely. Maybe just think about replacing the outside signage with the name of the hotel on it and give that area a coat of paint. It was filthy, had no elevator or air conditioning. The rooms were dismal and there was no way to raise the window to let in air to address the stifling heat. But mostly it was dirty and worn. The carpet and curtains were disgusting.
