The staff was very welcoming, friendly, full of smiles and polite. In my experience that preceds everything in the hospitality industry, it's not just the rooms or amenities that make a stay enjoyable. Don't get me wrong Matrix hotel has it all.
The room was clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown area.

Its the Fairmont, its not cheap and neither is the facility, the food and the staff. You get what you pay for, Quality.
