Check in was quick and efficient and when we were given the wrong bed they moved us easily. Our room was spacious with a separate seating area. A massive bath with separate shower. The 2 windows gave us spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the Principality Stadium, straight through the town centre. Only issue was the breakfast hot table was broken so food was only warm. We were not told about this problem until I asked if they realised the food wasn't hot. Apparently the electrician who came to repair it had made it worse. We had paid for room with breakfast but no offer of a partial refund. Overall our stay was great and staff helpful. Yes I would definitely stay her again.

The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline.
