It's a beautiful rural location with a stunning g outlook over rural farmland and water and a huge deck from which to enjoy the view. We had 16 people and at times it's a bit noisy and echoey in the indoor eating area. Some acoustic panels may be good but perhaps we're just a bit too noisy. There's an outdoor fire pit and we gathered up abundant pine cones and spent a wonderful evening round the fire outside. The interior is spacious and easily manouevrable for a wheelchair though the bathrooms aren't technically accessible . The main issue we getting into the house as there are level changes all round. The easiest way to get in if you have your own portable ramp is off the side deck. This would be a great modification for people using mobility aids. The kitchens are really good and extremely well supplied. The only items we'd suggest you bring if you're planning any serious cooking are: a pastry brush, a silicone spatula, a wash up brush , and heavy kitchen scissors . This is really picky I know as it really is great. Definitely would come again. ##### Mary J.
