The hotel was located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Very easy walk to main attractions. Great price for the location! Staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel parking was accessible across the street. We knew from the website it would cost $40/night to park. Was perfect for our needs. Room cosy, clean, and air conditioning was great.

2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

The breakfast was ok, more choices were needed, and the cleaning staff were a little rude. I believe was the supervisor who opened my door and was telling me to leave even though I told her that I called to ask for late check out. She didn’t believe it.
