Pros: Very pretty building, great location, large room, quiet, great views of the river, in-room fridge
Cons: staff at the front desk and at the bar were surprisingly unfriendly and unhelpful, especially considering that it wasn't busy. The room was very nice but the black-out curtains were ripped in several places, the suitcase stand was broken, and the mattress was comically soft (it literally drooped in the middle).
