Unique Woodstock House with Swimming Pool - walk to town

Secluded on a private lane. 1800 square feet of over 2 acres of custom stonework, gardens bursting with flowers and a fenced in ground 36'x16' heated saline pool.

100-year-old wide plank floors, beamed ceilings, a stone fireplace in the spacious, homey living room with its north-facing artist's window. The rustic country kitchen with updated appliances opens to a heated glassed-in porch with a bluestone patio and deck for grilling.

The house has two floors. On the main floor is the living room, kitchen, access to the enclosed porch, full bathroom and a den/office/ bedroom with a trundle bed for two. The second floor has two queen-sized bedrooms, one single bedroom and another full bath. Air conditioning, washer/dryer, WIFI, flat screen cable TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO and Showtime.

And oh, that heated, saline pool!

Centrally located - a mile to the center of Woodstock. Please note there is a 31-day minimum requirement.
