Would not book again, issue with the first room having a bug on the bed, a collection of wasps in the hallways, bathroom covered in mould, staff did move us into a new room after the bug issue was raised which was appreciated. Dinner service was shockingly bad, with huge waiting times in between courses, and both the starter and main course were inedible. many other tables were also affected as we seen 1 table received pudding before mains and another table received their mains whilst still eating their starter after also complaining about the waiting time. Incredibly disappointed by this stay as I have heard some good reviews previously but after this visit we would certainly avoid it in the future!

A clean and modern apartment with all you need for a short stay. You had to do a online checking and were given a code to open the door. There is no front desk. and there didn't need to be. all the information was provided and had no issue getting into the room. If I had one criticism it was the use of blinds on the smaller windows, I'd have preferred curtains like on the big windows. A couple of the blinds were bent, solved it by keeping the bathroom door open which blocked the bedroom window. But that did not distract from the stay. Easy to get to, easy to check in, clean, tidy with all you need at a good price for what you get. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We really liked the lodge. We stayed for one night and had a wonderful time. The lodge is situated right next to the forest, with a path leading through it to the lake. We saw ducks and a swan on the lake. The scenery is stunning. There is a top-notch pizzeria nearby—our children loved it. It is a very quiet place to escape for quiet.
