Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and jacuzzi was nice. Came for a concert and got sick and ended up staying in the room and ordering food.

The front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Only one elevator was operable and it did not always work effectively. It would go up, but not always come down and you had to wait an extended amount of time if someone wasn’t coming down. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor so used the stairs.

Room was nice. Staff was excellent. It was the first room from the reception desk making it louder than normal and the doors were very very loud when clasping shut. Every time our “neighbors” went in or out, we were awakened. Breakfast was hearty but no pastries were available.
