(1,004 reviews) Phone service and internet quality were nonexistent. One day, I needed to send out a couple of documents, and I couldn't connect to the wifi on my laptop. There would be a pop-up window that would come up to connect, but each time it would fail. I went to the front desk for assistance, and she mentioned to me that wifi was their common complaint. She was nice and allowed me to use the station computer in the corner, but that too had internet issues. (1,001 reviews) The property and room show signs of deferred maintenance. The staff was very friendly but stretched a bit thin. Breakfast was ok, however we went out for breakfast the remaining days after finding frozen rolls and foul-tasting OJ the first morning. It was nice to have a comfortable, safe place to stay right next to Harpers Ferry.
