"the property was everything that we were looking for and Brandon was amazing from start to finish. He reached out while we were there to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Afterwards, my wife thought she had left her wedding rings in the property, and Brandon went out of his way for us. We couldn't recommend this place enough."

"We appreciated the heated outdoor pool, and a solid complimentary breakfast. Also, the hotel is very quiet, and has no stairs. The city is small and charming. We also visited the local bowling alley, where they serve delicious burgers."

"The property and location were excellent and the fishing was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were phenomenal. I forgot my flag mount and reached out for local recommendations and instead, the host loaned me his flag/mount without hesitating. An all-around fantastic trip and we will be returning!"

"The perfect location!! The backyard was a highlight for my group - so much room to set up volleyball, cornhole, eat on the concrete patio area, enjoy bonfire, etc. Located a close drive to Lake Michigan (25 minutes) and other activities while having very quiet country setting. Meijer in Fremont is 10 minutes or less away. We will definitely be re-booking this spot for future trips!"

"Jim was readily available and communicated very quickly. The cabin was clean and very comfortable.It is very quiet and the covered porch was peaceful.I would highly recommend staying, the value was worth the scenic drive to Pentwater for our fishing trip."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, cute cabin for a last-minute father-daughter getaway. We spent most of our time out on the lakes fishing and paddleboarding. It was fantastic that the cabin was pet friendly. The area was peaceful overall. There were a few neighboring dogs that would bark during the day, and occasionally some loose dogs around the neighborhood. Our dog is a little reactive, so we were a bit concerned about unexpected encounters, but thankfully we never had any issues during our stay.The walk down to the water is beautiful, but be prepared for a bit of a hike. The trail is uneven in places and can be a little swampy, which wasn’t a problem for us, but it did make carrying kayaks down to the water a bit challenging. A few boards were broken and felt a little sketchy to cross while carrying kayaks. Once you get to the water, it’s absolutely worth it. Lots of wildlife around the area and had a beaver swim past our kayaks. The channel is gorgeous and incredibly peaceful to paddle through. We had a great time fishing and caught plenty of smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, and northern pike throughout our trip."
