The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). I did express that during my checkout just so they were aware of the issue. Overall a decent stay, however for the price very disappointing.

Our first attempt at check-in was with a less than helpful person. She was kind but I had to drag all the information out of her. Not helpful. The place is a maze designed to force you through the casino. The smoke free casino is isolated, so everywhere you walk is through heavy odor of cigarette or cigar smoke. None of the sections (hotel towers, parking garages or pool) are connected to each other without asking through the casino. You can get to the pool from the hotel towers once you are there. The pool closes early (8pm) and the waitstaff at the pool restaurant are slow and inattentive. The bar staff was excellent (shout out to “Sky” who was helpful). The room was clean and updated with excellent amenities The food at the pool was reasonably priced considering you are captive at the hotel. Casino seemed nice. Downstairs restaurants seemed pricey. Didn’t eat there. Unless you are there to gamble and you are into that environment, I would not recommend.

Clean and ample room. Nice staff. Good breakfast.
