They allowed us to checkin early and when our plans changed and we needed to leave one night early they refunded us the night which was very appreciated.
The sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfortable but the floor plan is a little odd. One has to enter the bedroom to use the only bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay, it’s a little different than traditional hotels as there’s no face to face communication at check in, which is nice in most aspects and different in others. But we enjoyed our stay all the same
