Upon walking into our corner suite, the window outside of our suite was filthy with droplets all over it and fingerprints. When we got into the suite, the shower had more than one long women's hair in it, the white shower floor was stained almost with peoples dirty feet, it needed to be scrubbed with a brush or a cleaning paste, there was no makeup remover wipes which should be in the room, so I had to call down. no garbage bags in the trash cans, dirty handle on the bathroom door with smudges. The table in the room was wobbly, they have crappy thin pillows despite the website saying they are plush, no privacy in the sliding bathroom door, and when we went down to the lobby the next morning, I had to ask them to refill the coffee and the creamer, and when I went to get a second coffee an hour later, the coffee and creamer were empty again. Honestly it is a beautiful hotel, but the service and cleanliness was subpar. When we went to check out, she didn't ask us how our stay was or anything. I will say, our server at the restaurant was impeccable, and the chef was super personably coming out to tables making sure everything was good!"
