There are day trip opportunities near by the Mt St. Helens Visitor center, small town Kalama and McMenimans w/rec area. Even an in town Woodland Thai restaurant was good ( Mai Thai). The room was spacious with everything you need with a retro feel. The bed was so comfortable, especially with the soft blanket, need to find that one. The soaker tub was enjoyable.
