Property is great and will be even better when the pond is done. Plenty of beds, but only 1 bathroom. If you do intend to use every bed, shower scheduling will be something to consider. We managed just fine with 5 of us. Grocery store isn't super close, so grab supplies on the way in. The Fire pit and an amazing view of the stars was perfect. There was a dog that stayed there the entire time and wanted to come inside. It acted like it lived there and had one of those invisible fence collars; he camped out the entire stay.
